Parking lot
You can easily reach the parking lot near the Völser Weiher by car. From Völs am Schlern you drive towards Seis. After approx. 1 km you can see the signage “Völser Weiher”, which leads you to the parking lot near the lake. This is the ideal starting point for a easy and relaxed family hike.
By foot
The Tuffalm can by reached by foot on trail no. 1, starting at the lake “Völser Weiher (walking time: about 45 minutes) or on the forest road, which is very easily accessible also for elderly people and families with children.
Starting in Völs, the Tuffalm can be reached in 1 hour and 15 minutes, from Siusi in about 2 hours and from Castelrotto in about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
By horse carriage
Our horse carriage is particularly popular among children and elderly people. The carriage is ready for a romantic ride to the Tuffalm every day at the Völser Weiher car park until the beginning of November.
